I offen think I *am* doing a little better every day. But reading this make me wonder if doing better is actualy doing worse. But then again not everything that you state is bad 'by default', people should try to find a balance between the material and the spiritual. And that seems to be the problem of today's world. The material things in life are often more apreciated than a hug, or a simple cup of tea on a sunny day, or just a singing bird.

Maybe I should try each day to do a little worse
