into my browser address window and it took me to here:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
I think the first url is a redirector that sets up your
product prd=ie
this one am not sure on clcid=0x0409
product version? pver=6.0
not sure here either ar=ienews
operating system os=N6
then once that info is gathered redirects you to the second url and figures your downloads per the first url's specs
*just a wild guess*
Anyway, it works for me SlickVic - weird stuff, I will keep my eyes open for why it does not work for you
