HERE IS ANOTHER USER EXACTLY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!
Can anyone tell me what is rscmpt.exe? What I know is that is using 99% of my processor. If I disable it, my video card (in display sttings) is showing that I have a geforce 2mx400 with 32mb instead a geforce 2mx400 with 64mb. I'm not the only one with this problem. I'm using winxp. If you know somthing PLEASE email me. Thanx!

Looks like some thing to do with the videa card: have you got the same video card?
