AnneJay is an unknown quantity at this point

Am running the above FTP server and the DL speed starts out fine, but after a while (sometimes an hour, maybe more) it slows down to nothing. Am using Zone Alarm Pro and have ticked off Access and Server (both trusted and internet). Is there something I must do in Windows (OS - XP Pro). This is rather perplexing.

Any ideas?
