as rikytik said, its been out for a while.
IMO mandrake is good for some reasons, but it simply lacks the security.
Its definately worth to try tho, format your test box and install mandrake
I prefer Redhat or slackware or something instead of mandrake because of the bundled software and the default settings concerning x and so on.
