how do i update my bios with xp - BetaONE will rise again!

i have downloaded my new bios onto floppy and made it bootable when i get to a dos promt i try to type in the "flash802a.exe" but i get a bad command/file error i have tried all ways to get this to work but with no luck yet

Tha files are

flash802a.exe
aba46.bin
