Comcast High-Usage Throttling Test to Begin

You'll recall earlier I wrote about Comcast's new collaboration (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...-announce.html) with BitTorrent. More interesting to me however, was that in that same statement Comcast also indicated they were changing their policy on throttling. Rather than throttling P2P transfers, they were planning on throttling high-usage customers - and not just P2P, but all their traffic.
