Automatic Updates gone grey no more option to tick

PLease have a look at the image
after installing sp1 on xp corp my Automatic Update under system properties as gone grey and no more option to tick !!
Is this normal or is just bad luck

I can still update online but those optione are just gone.
If it's not normal do you know how to fix it ?
