APPLE HAS has released its new U2 Special Edition iPod which comes with 30GB of space and an engraving of the U2 band member signatures.
According to AppleInsider the U2 iPod uses the company's fifth-generation 30GB iPod and can hold 7,500 songs, 25,000 photos or over 75 hours of video, although not at the same time. It is encased in an all black stainless steel case.
The new U2 iPodhas Auto-Sync technology that automatically downloads digital music, podcasts, photos, audiobooks, home movies, music videos and popular television shows onto the iPod and keeps them up-to-date whenever the iPod is plugged into a Mac or Windows computer using USB 2.0. It will run for 14 hours before it needs a recharge. Which is more than enough U2 before the soul implodes.
Punters will also get 30 minutes of U2 video downloadable from the iTunes Music Store. The whole kit and caboodle will hit the shops for $329.
