Well the site I was using now displays ads all over the page so that sucks.

Anyone know of a good free anonymous surfing site that does not display ads or pop-ups or anything like that?

i don't but you might try MultiProxy (h**p://www.multiproxy.org), its a pretty good program that lets you surf throuh anonymous proxys. I used it for a while works good. They also have a huge anonymous proxy list. and it find the fastest one fore you.

Though page formatting is sometimes screwy

And you can always just prefix whatever web address with:

http://anon.free.anonymizer.com/http://

as in:

http://anon.free.anonymizer.com/http://www.google.com

There were some others out there that you could do this with but I am not sure if they survived the dot com bust...
