Sony Computer Entertainment recently announced the availability of an all-new firmware upgrade for the PlayStation Portable system. This upgrade was designed to complete the entertainment experience of games, photos, music and wireless connection provided by this revolutionary device.
The following features will be available with the PSP 2.0 upgrade.
Video features:Go To feature, that will allow users watching a movie to forward/go back anywhere in the movieA-B repeat function and saved video data playback feature that will allow users to continuously loop a given scene4:3 screen mode will be availableExpanded Audio Options:AVC added as a codec that can be played under [Video] (applies to video data saved on Memory Stick) ... and much more including various audio features, image features, network features, and other additional features.
