Toolbar Problem

I know this has happenned to many folks, but not sure we have discovered the fix..
This morning, after rebooting, my quick launch tool bar and address toolbar were gone; I had no problems with this for a long time, but it happenned again..

I know its easy to just right click, and check them off in the toolbar properties to get them again, and of course, lock the toolbar, but after each reboot, the same thing happens again, and its another hassle to get them up again..

I think there is a registry fix for this, but dont remember it, as I am old and senile..

Any ideas?
