I think it's pretty ugly with every first letter in caps.
There are some abbrevations where all letters are supposed to be caps, there are some where they all are supposed to be lower case, most often a line should be typed like theese are. In cases like song titles with caps beginning every word it really isn't *every* word.
In fact the way the board converts the letters is not only ugly but also wrong in every case (lol) or way.
I remember once that there was a hack that allowed the author to format the topic title - meaning this feature with the board automatically formatting the letters was disabled. That was nice. Then this isn't very imporatnt, I'm sure there are a lot of other things to fix with the board more important than this.
