The operator is Perrigrine, Australia, who have a sub in London. We were about 50 Aussies, 34 Canadians 15+ Brits and a few Yanks, making 110 on a Russian polar explorer, converted to tourist use.
The cheapest price for the 10 day cruise is US$4,775 for a cabin with a wash basin, but shared facilities. It's pricey, but there is a great team who give lectures each day and make the trip a real experience. We booked through Adventure Canada who also booked the sister ship last year to the High Arctic, very similar trip.

There is a lot of info on that site. Click on "Gallery" and you can see a bunch of snapshots taken by some of the passengers. Did a lot of land visits using the Zodiacs as well as wandering around the waters amidst whales and seals. Not to mention walking in lots of penguin poop. We could walk within 2 meters of the penguins before the would turn their backs and waddle off. The whales came right up to our rubber boats.
