I Have a FIC AD11 motherboard running a AMD 1200 i want to upgrade to a AMD 2000Mhz but i need a motherboard with a revision of 1.2a.I have tried SIS Sandra 2003 Pro and all it reports is Version 1.2? This doae not tell me much.I need a tool the will identify my board correctly and the version Number.

It's usually printed on the motherboard. Did you look there?

Stringent is an unknown quantity at this point
On the boot up screen, press the pause button when just before your RAM is being checked and have a look at some of the writing on the screen. That may help.
