Has anybody went and purchased one of those dirt cheap lindows computers from wal-mart just for the processor/memory, HD, etc and than reformatted it with Windows?? if it works, sounds like an easy way to get a brand new PC for next to nothing

yeah I've heard of people doing that, never done it my self. but it could be done. I think most people don't do it b/c the componets they put in them aren't usally very good quality. Thats why there so cheap...
