bulletproof ftp server

I've had it setup and running in winme and anyone could connect. I installed xp last night and now nobody can connect. I heard xp has a firewall, if so where do I disable it? If that is not the problem can someone suggest what might be. I don't have any antivirus or anything like that either. thanks.

No problems over here. Try to re-install it. It should work wth xp.

Ok its fixed, had to disable the firewall.
