Outlook Contact File

i got outlook and i have my contacts divided into many folders ,now if i want contact someone from some folders other than the contacts folder i could not find it from search, what is the way to fix that.

I use outlook at work, and each folder is like a different address book.
And it will only look in one at a time,  sorry I don't of any way to Fix this.
