Nero 6 Calls Home For Help, Not piracy control

The link doesn't seem to be working. At least not for me. I thought the new version of Nero had an autoupdate feature for it. That would explain why it would call home to check for updates.

I wasn't worried. I just like to read the stories that are posted. I am still using Nero 5.5. I plan to upgrade in awhile. Just waiting for all the bugs(recode) to be worked out. I am a big fan of Nero. It was my first CD burning software I used and probably the only one I plan on using unless someone else comes out with something mindblowing. Plus I want to wait till I get my DVD burner in the comp before getting the new version.

Who said anything about stealing software? This was a privacy issue... Not a piracy issue...
