STOP SMOKING: Want to quit smoking?
every time you feel like you need a cigarette, first take a good, deep breath. Then see if you still feel like it. Often you will, but sometimes you won't, since part of what people get out of smoking is a chance to breathe deeply and use their lungs (which, if you do yoga or anything like it, you'll know is an extremely healing practice). If you don't have a cigarette, great. If you do, enjoy it. Have no guilt. It should be as good for you as possible. But once you're smoking the cigarette, if you feel like you're done, stop. Don't just smoke the whole thing; the second you feel like you're not getting the maximum benefit out of it, toss it. He says that after a few months, or a few years, of doing this, most smokers either quit entirely or smoke far less, and worry less about it, than they did before.
Smokers please try this and get rid of that
