FYI: Converting a Mi MIX 2 to the global OS using the Xiaomi flashing tool

After a 72 hour wait, unlocking the bootloader on the Mi MIX 2 finally became a reality. In order to update to the global version of the OS, this required using the Xiaomi flashing tool and a PC. Read more...
