Norm over at speedguide has come up with a nice little app
XPTools basically contains shortcuts to many applications, system tools, and property sheets already installed on your system by Windows XP.
These tools just make it easier to get to them. XPTools aves you time searching for them, or saves you many clicks if you already know where to find them.
These XPTools do not change your registry in any way,
you can pick it up here:

He has included a few goodies too
e.g. XP Ramdrive = a tool to create a ramdrive on your PC. Once it is installed, you can access it from the Control Panel as well. Look for Ram Disk in the Control Panel. Configure it to your liking, make it the size you want, but be sure to have enough 'extra' ram for the size you create while leaving enough ram for Windows to operate efficiently.
