what a plank that fu***** sniper in the USA. what the heck does this guy think?? that he's GOD?? and that he has a license to kill??? they have to give him the strongest dead there is when they catch him!!!

No real leads either I think.

Total random killing no pattern to it, it appears.

I heard on the news (so I have to be careful) that in some places you can buy 'marksman' type courses for about $150 and they will train teenagers if they are with their parents. Doesn't seem very sensible at all. The Police must be looking for a needle in a haystack.
