Not to be confused with the firmware updated
released last month, this update will bring the Zune software to the same version number: 2.3. The update, which will not be a major one (judging by the fact that the previous version is 2.1), will be released
sometime today; it all depends on how quickly the software giant can get the file ready on all of its servers. So, essentially, you can't expect new features but there will be the usual bug fixes as well as performance improvements in terms of set-up, sync and general reliability. I’d like to reiterate again for those who will be happily clicking the download link below without reading past the title: it’s not up yet, but should be up soon.
