When NBC Universal said it would not (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...ew-itunes.html) renew its deal with iTunes, Apple upped the ante by saying it would not sell any NBC shows once the new season started, so as not to "confuse" customers.

Yet visitors to iTunes today could download NBC shows ...
