Windows 2000 bug
Microsoft says that Windows 2000 Professional, Server, and Advanced Server, up to and including Service Pack 2, may have a blue screen of death in Win32k.sys, with the error message: ?STOP 0x00000050.? What the error message doesn?t say is that it is caused by a damaged font file ? in particular a bad kerning pair definition. As a workaround, Microsoft suggests trying to find the damaged font and removing it. A fix will be in a future service pack.
