ACDR (Audio Compact Disc Reader) is a tool that lets you read audio tracks from standard audio CDs and write them to a variety of different file formats. It features a three-step procedure wizard that makes the conversion both quick and easy. It works with any MMC2-compatible CD-ROM or DVD capable of reading digital audio. It supports the three most popular several uncompressed audio file formats: AIFF, ALAW, AU, IFF, MAT, ULAW, VOC, VOX, WAV as well as several 'raw audio dump' formats. It also supports many popular compressed formats using free third-party add-ons: MP2, MP3 (with support Constant, Variable, and Average Bit Rate encoding), OGG, and RA.
