Hello,

I just install this new version today and I can't enable the auto-protect feature

I try several times and I just receive this message :

"Norton AntiVirus has encouterd an internal program error.

Click here to go to Symantec Technical Support Knowledge Base"

4002,517

This is the link :

/http://servicestage.symantec.com/techsupp/servlet/ProductMessages?module=4002&error=517&language=Eng lish&product=NAV&version=9.0&build=STANDARD

Just a blank page

The only thing I can suggest is download the Symantec "Prep" Tool. That is not what it is called and I can't remember for the life of me what it is called. But, This tool will remove old installs of Symantec products for clean install of newer products or just a thorough removal of any Symantec products. I believe I saw this tool in the support section...possibly by the F.A.Q. section. Sorry I don't have more....but try that idea and let me know what happens!

PEACE
BaBa

I believe the file you are talking about is called rnav.exe and is available here: _http://service2.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/8d071816eedd7cac88256c0e005a96e5/33497f6e8a319ece88256ace0076cc02/$FILE/Rnav.exe

Let me know if it works for you. i had the same problem with most of the beta's and couldnt fix it
