EU taps feet as it waits for Vole response
ANTITRUST COMMISSIONER Neelie Kroes is still waiting for Microsoft to provide everything she needs with the option to slap a fine on the software giant still open.
According to Associated Press, Kroes told a committee of the European Parliament that Microsoft hasn't yet shelled out all the information she needs.
Microsoft held a press shindig last week and told an assembly of hacks and hackettes that it was going to deliver the source code as an answer to Kroes' requests.
But she told AP the first she heard of this was when she saw a Volish press release. Which, we'd suggest, is hardly a diplomatic way to butter up the authorities.
