Repair Restricted Sites? - They Are Scewed

This is starting to piss me off. Not sure wtf happened but damn Restricted Sites are scewed up. It reports zero.

And a lot of sites are not blocked saying Restricted Site yet none are listed.

Have used everything and no sypware nor virus.

So anyone know how to fix without having to reinstall sp2 or window all togehter.

For example I cant even vist damn neowin or damn mircorosft support.

WTF even firefox does not work!!! wtf

Even hacking the registry so u can lower rescricted sites to low via:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\4]
@=""
"MinLevel"=dword:00010000

Still does not work.

I even added to trusted zone and still says its rescricted.

GOD this is pissing me off.

Well I figured it out. POS I swear.

Well damn not completly.

Damn rescircted sites still dont show up. But at least all websites are working now.
