Exchange 5.5 To Exchange 2003

I am installing exchange 2003 in the same organization as a exchange 5.5. My PDC is windows 2000 server. I need to know The location I should load the ADC on. Do I loud it only on the Exchange 2003 or do I loud it on the PDC. And then when I loud exchange do I choose the option coexistence with exchange 5.5. Or do I choose new exchnge 2003 installation.

I was having a problem, When I was running the ADC tools. I got to the part that looked for all the DC in the orginazation to creat a CA. And it found the correct PDC. But it also found an Orphen domain controller that was removed from the domain wrong. Come to find out that the Orphened DC controller was formatted. So now I can't get the credentials validated in ADC until I remove that orphened DC from the PDC. Can anyone also tell me how to remove the Orphened DC controller from PDC so I can create the CA needed in ADC.
