I'm trying to install SP2 final onto my existing windows xp sp1 installations, but I can not get it past this screen:

However I can go on, without doing this file anyone else had this problem??
Think I should just skip that file?
*but the file is there!!*

richardc2000 is on a distinguished road
This has come before -
either rename it or delete before the upgrade
or you can do a search for it and point to it later
it could be in one of your old service packs.
e.g. C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386

Best way is to uninstall DAEMON Tools and install sp2 and then finally reinstall DAEMON Tools.

Did the same thing with Alcohol 120%. Uninstalled it prior to loading SP2 and the reinstalled Alcohol after SP2 was done.

Yes, you will have to un-install alcohol and daemon tools before you attempt to install SP2, the developers at Alcohol have known about this problem for some time now and just aren't in any hurry to fix it.
