Hey darklord,

I do not have a PDA, but I would assume there is a hard reset button on the unit you can press in for a few seconds to wipe the memory from the PDA and resort back to when you first got it... May be the size of a pin hole...

Of course, I could be entirely wrong... So someone with a PDA will most likely correct me if I am wrong.

Hope this helps...

Hey darklord,

Nothing in the manual tells you how to do this? I used to have a Compaq Ipaq that had a feature like I described in my first post. Did you PDA come with any software that may be able to accomplish what you are looking to do?

there is no way you have done a hard reset and it wouln't revert back to factory settings..You must be doing a "soft" reset, which wont fix your problem..
do a google search on hard reset of ____ your model number and name, and you will find it; most likely, you have to hold in a button or two AND use your stylus at the SAME TIME to get it to do that...
You can always try removing the battery, or using the Add Remove Program that is pre-installed on that unit..

I know, as I have had several IPAQ's, and they all did HARD RESETS differntly...

on my HP you had to remove both batteries, and let it sit there for 5 minutes.
