It has a nice and sleek "xboxy" feel to it.

The font cases are great, you can read it without squinting.

Is that an engine or do that by hand (ie. phpnuke) Its still great looking even if she is straight from the box, it shows that you understand the technology, and are able to configure it.. /me will hush and let others comment. /shakes Dijital's ihand

Yes, shows that you know how to configure your server and get all that stuff working which is quite hard as I have done it before and got quite frustrated
Why don't you use port 80 though?
