news feeds?

I think it might be a good idea to add our news feed as an optional module in Smartbar XP along with ieXbeta, Neowin, etc? It might get us more users, but then again maybe it will slow down our website? What's the pros and cons on this?

We need to look into that. Or better yet, YOU need to look into it. It'll be your 1st task if you know what I mean.

If it pans out we'll have Sephiroth or Zone-MR implement it.

it probably uses an xml script of some sort to feed news, and it wouldn't slow down the website at all
