Are you making it out of DivXs or other DVDS? If you are making them out of divx, mpeg, or oter video files you can use the precedure I would use:
Get yourself a copy of NeroVision. It is a DVD authoring tool from nero. Simple to use but has enough features to add a title screen where you can select movies. Now add all the films or video clips you want, change the titles, etc. It will complain that the project is to large to fit on a DVD. Ignore this and save to a hard disk folder instead. Encoding will take up to 4 hours per movie on a decent PC.
Now you will have the DVD as VOBS in a folder, but it will be more than 4.3GB. To get around this, download the freeware tool DVDShrink. It will keep the menus etc intact, but reenode the DVD to a lower bitrate. This takes about 30mins, which is very good compared to other methods of reencoding.
Now just burn, I use Nero to do it, but use whatever you want.
If you want to copy two movies from DVD media and not AVI/Mpegs/DivX then im not sure how to do it. You could always rip it if your not bothered about loosing the menus etc.
