Best Sound Card for Windows XP?

I have a conflict with my sound card and XP. Windering what is the best sound card for XP? Need for music and games. Thanks.

Anything all the way back to an Awe 32 is fine. One of the surprising things I noticed about Sound Blaster is their ability to pump out new drivers for their old hardware.
Very few sound card manufacturers provide this level of support for their hardware. ATI is a perfect example of a company that screws you when it comes to updating drivers.

Go with anything Creative Labs to be safe!

p.s. Anyone want to buy a ATI TV Wonder cheap?

Oh yeah they finally updated the driver for the Savage 2k but you no longer get TV out !
