Found this little proggy which has intergration with LANs. In other words, it could use multiple networked computers to encode a single DVD movie, and therefore you can encode a DVD faster.
Unlike MPEG4 Direct Maker, you have to use a DVD Decrypting app to decrypt the DVD to a folder in the HDD. And later browse them via Vidomi (select all the VOB files). Go thru all the options you can set.
Use DivX 5 Pro codec as the video codec and 128kbps LAME encoding. (Pity both MPEG4 Direct Maker (in DivX) and Vidomi doesn't support WMA, or else we should have set the bitrate at 64kbps).
Now use DVtool or anyother bitrate calculator to calculate the bitrate needed for the movie.
I won't say anymore, as I realise our TheBlackeneds are not that much n00bs to say every single thing.
But still if any of you guys are new to this, pls don't hesitate to ask in System Support. We all learn once for the first time.
