Add^Remove Programs - BetaONE will rise again!

Hi all...I dont know what happened or why, but now when I try to open the Add^Remove Programs in Control Panel, it does nothing but pop open a window saying:

(Parser Message - Value Creation Failed " at line 472)

Anyone have any suggestions? MTIA
