Leopard, the latest version of Mac OS X, will launch later this month, according to industry sources and Apple's own support staff.
It is rumoured that Apple has started preparations for a large announcement between the 22nd and the 25th, which would tie in with Apple's planned release date some time in October.
It would also coincide with the last Friday of the month, a favourite date for the company to launch new products.
