Foxconn (

http://anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=3107#) for a multitude of OEMs in the past, but it has only been more recently that they started to offer their boards in the retail market. Given their OEM provider roots, it's not too surprising that the initial Foxconn motherboards failed to cater to the enthusiast community.
