Yep, someone has invented a way to make fire from salt water by bombarding it with high frequency radio waves. OK, OK, let me be more accurate. What he really does is weaken the bonds between the salt, hydrogen and oxygen in the salt water, releasing the hydrogen, which continues to burn as long as the RF field is present.
