Both Apple (

http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-pho...980100110q5400) will accept iPhone returns within 14 days of purchase. If you opened the box, there's a 10 percent restocking fee, but you won't be charged the early termination fee if you also want to cancel service with AT&T.
