...whenever i capture anything
there's TONS of hiss.
OK....earlier today, my cable splitter for the cable modem and the cable TVin (on the card) went out, and ..so i had to disconnect the TV in and stuff....
and i was messing around, and i SWEAR it was capturing w/o any hiss!!!.
And then, i had to leave for like ...a few hours (long story ..just...
)
and i get home..and do stuff here...and when i try to capture again......the hiss is back!!
its driving me insane

my bro got rid of most of the hiss in some other stuff i captured w/ cool edit....but...it also like makes the audio sound lower......know what i mean?
