Hi there. I have tried UltraFXP and I realy like it, but now development has stopped.

One thing I realy like is when you d/l or u/l it indicates which files are still missing and it gives you a total of the files uploaded and missing Anyone who has used Ultra will know what I mean.

Can FlashFXP do something similar?

Yes it can, it gives an indicator of what files are left to transfer, the estimated overall time and the estimated time for the current file to complete. It also gives time elapsed since the uploads started

Speaking of flash fxp if anyone is having the "30 days is up problem"
Then, trying to uninstall / reinstall and is still broke this may be why...
Version 922 was a trap of sorts by da vendor...
at least according to oldbunny

ripped:

Quote:
The latest release of FlashFXP v2.2 build 922 = beware of!!
This is actual as the Vendor State: "Evaluation Version"
--------------------------------------------------------
This Beta release once you try to install it screw-up whole FlashFXP even the early release before even you change your minds and will turn back into old release.

At first turn it Opens and Statement Pop-Up: " You behind the 30 days of expiration. The Program is Close and you will need a new FlashFXP" - then Link to vendor redirect is Open.

There is only one option left >> QUIT or CANCELL ... but there is "Enter Code" too and when trying to open... it state:
This Program can not be registered the 30 days after the Expiration Date!

After official UnInstall and Re-Install v2.2.986, v2.2.987 and the previous v2.2.988 == Nothing works!

The Windows GUI have remarks somewhere in Registry and POP-UP the very same: "30 Days Expire" - and open link to Vendor for new Register and then Download access into ver 2.1 build 924.

I delete all remarks knowings from Registry but it wont Help!
This is my Warning to ALL!

If you have a well running FlashFXP, don't even try this release unless u enjoy going into serious problems!

Yes... this is very sticky release and I just giving advice to stay away from this release unless you GO and will have a severals screw-ups for the future.

This release seems to me are works like a Trap from the Vendor in Communication with "ANY" warez releases to put a Stamp in the Registry.

The question is where and what is the name or Key etc.
end ripped:

If anyone can add or help with which key please do...

Thanks for the reply guys, but it seems I must make myself clearer.

When I download with Ultra and my modem disconnects before finishing, ultra writes a file in the download directory which says something like 23 of 25 files. (It is actualy a directory with this name. It also creates a file for each downlaod file which did not finish which says something like incomplete.

Wait........ Attached a screenshot. Now it should be clearer. Also, what program makes the file 100% All files crc ok?

Looks to me like sfv check. Under Ultras options go to crc check and uncheck. Do you still get the log. I don't like the check so I don't use, no logs like you describe. At least you'll find out if that is it [sfv check].

Ur clear enuff... I know exactly what u mean...
Hi Voodoo, No flash fxp does not have this feature. I like this in ultrafxp too. I still use it even though it's development been stopped by the orig guy...
It should surface again soon by the new owners, unless ffxp ends up buying it from them...

On a side note...
lately on startup ufxp has been logging 2 errors that was never there before
