Best Program To Increase Internet Speed?

I was wondering what is the best program to speed up Internet access or surfing. I have seen programs that says can increase internet speed twices as fast. Help appreciated, thanks.

Good question, I also would like to know the best program myself. I was on a 1.5 Mbps DSL line at bellsouth.net. They increased the speed to 3.0 Mbps but I havn't seen much increase in speed. It helped a little but is no way close to 3.0. I've tried several programs and sites with little or no success. Anyone that knows a good program or the best settings for Windows XP Pro I sure would like to know.

Get the addon [update] for cablenut. It has more ccs files [settings] for cable and dsl
