i want to set up a second pc to server from what would be the min requirements i would need
i have an old pc 166mhz pentium would this do
i am also on cable so the connection is not to bad

for a standalone server, i think your processor's enough (for simple sharing purposes). might wanna get a reliable hard disk, tho.

for a stand alone file sharing server it should be fine, but like it has been said, get a reliable harddrive, you might want to run a firewall or three too
