Broadband users can dramatically speed up their downloads.

Windows XP Pro only allocates 20% of available bandwidth to you internet connection

In order to increase tjhis do the following :

 1. Start/RUN 
"gpedit.msc"

Compuer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Network / QoS Packet Scheduler

2. "Limit Reservable Bandwidth"
---> Change to ENABLED
---> Set limit to 0%
