i was looking in the event viewer (in xp pro) under the applications and see a ton of true vector errors. what are these and what do i need to do so they don't happen, if anything?
xp pro
athlon 2500
256MB ram ddr(will have 512MB tuesday)
ez firewall (looks and acts just like ZA, in fact it update from zonealarm.) and ez antivirus.
geforce2 ti 64mb ddr
if you need any more info just ask. also look at the pic attached.
edit: the reason why i was looking in there was because my computer has randomly been shutting down.

I bet that is normal. See what they say. This happens a lot. Cause of how Zone Alarm works. Nothing to worry about. That is if they look like this. But about the restarting part. Do you have auto restart on blue screen off. If not turn it off.
Normal Error:
TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINNT\Internet Logs\NEWBIESL-H097MD.ldb" was corrupt and has been copied to "C:\WINNT\Internet Logs\xDB47.tmp". File "C:\WINNT\Internet Logs\NEWBIESL-H097MD.ldb" was corrupt and has been deleted.
Also check dr warston to see what it has to say about it:
%windir%\System32\drwtsn32.exe

welcome to the world of ZA. Normal for it to throw error messages. Usually restarts on own, if it doesn't will ask if want to restart. Seems like conection goes dead until you do. Found if you update to latest version and don't delete the ZA files in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs you won't get the errors. Maybe you run a cleaner that deletes the ZA files that are in these folders.
