Creating Bootable Dvd-rom

I'm creating a new SYSTEM disc. I'm sure everyone here has one for when they format. You know OS+major software you use daily+drivers+etc?

Anyway, I decided since I have a DVDR, to make it using a DVD.
I wanna have variouns Free and Legal OSs. + my other stuff.

Anyway. Can someone tell me how to make a boot menu like that on certain bootable CD? So it'll boot and I can have a menu like:

Would you like to:
A) Install Some Free and Legal OS 1
Install Some Free and Legal OS 2
C) Install Some Free and Legal OS 3
D) Install Some Free and Legal OS 4
Esc) Boot to Your Completely and Legaly Owned and Operated HD


I'm using some random software to test out the bootableility and making sure I got the right OS
